Once your application is reviewed, we’ll invite you to an onboarding call. During this call, we’ll go over your application, address any medical or psychological considerations, and ensure this retreat is the right fit for you. We’ll also walk you through the financial investment and available payment options. This is a space for you to ask any questions and get clarity on the journey ahead, logistically, spiritually, and financially.

Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens, and we do our best to honor your process while also honoring the commitments we make on our end.

• The $500 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.
• Cancellations made before March 7th, 2026 will receive a 50% refund (excluding the deposit).
• Cancellations made between March 8th and April 7th, 2025 will receive a 25% refund (excluding the deposit).
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after April 8th, 2026.
• If we must cancel the retreat due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
