We understand life happens, and we do our best to honor your process while also honoring the commitments we make on our end.
• The $750 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.
• Cancellations made before July 1st, 2025 will receive a 50% refund (excluding the deposit).
• Cancellations made between July 2nd and August 21st, 2025 will receive a 25% refund (excluding the deposit).
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after August 22nd, 2025.
• If we must cancel the retreat due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
Start by submitting an application. This helps us understand your background, past experiences with plant medicine, medical history, and intentions for joining the retreat. Your responses allow us to ensure a safe, supportive experience and help us serve you in the best way possible.
Once your application is reviewed, we’ll invite you to an onboarding call. During this call, we’ll go over your application, address any medical or psychological considerations, and ensure this retreat is the right fit for you. We’ll also walk you through the financial investment and available payment options. This is a space for you to ask any questions and get clarity on the journey ahead, logistically, spiritually, and financially.
