Adorable Jasmine, known as Earth Angel, is the founder and director of Black Condor Tribe. She has been organizing healing spaces, rituals, and retreats for Black and BIPOC communities for over fifteen years. Before any of that, she was just a person who needed to heal.
She grew up in a house where the adults were fighting their own battles with addiction and violence. That kind of childhood leaves something in you. She carried it for years before she found the medicine thirteen years ago, coming in with one real question: whether she was someone who deserved to be whole. The medicine didn't answer that question quickly. It asked her to keep showing up, year after year, and do the work.

That didn't happen by accident. It happened through years of serious ceremony, through apprenticeship and formal initiation with the Shipibo-Konibo of the Peruvian jungle, and through deep collaboration with Huin Kuin, Ashaninka, and Afro-Brazilian Umbandaime lineages. She was trained. She put in the time. She earned the seat she now holds.
For much of those early years, she was the only Black person in the room. She stayed longer than she should have had to. Then one day, in what she thought was her last ceremony, she told the medicine she was done. My ancestors and I are tired of being the only ones here. The medicine said: Aren't you an organizer? She went home and started building, first in her living room, then in retreat centers, and eventually into the full body of work that Black Condor Tribe is now.
When Adorable holds space, you feel that history in how she works. She is grounded and direct. She holds ceremony with a clear emphasis on safety, structure, and cultural integrity, not because those are nice words, but because she knows what it costs when they're missing. She has been in the room where they were missing. She built a different kind of room.
Black Condor Tribe was founded in Oakland, CA and now serves both community gatherings and private groups around the world. The work is trauma-informed, culturally grounded, and held by someone who has been doing her own inner work for over a decade. She is not a guide who learned this from from training alone. She is someone the medicine changed, who now knows how to hold that kind of change for others.
Her work is guided by prayer and by the relationships she keeps with the indigenous lineages she trained alongside. The future of Black Condor is still being written, ceremony by ceremony.
