 Every Black Condor gathering includes grounding energy practices. We begin with an energy healing circle, and throughout our retreats we weave in Energy Care, mind-body practices, breath, movement, meditation, and other mindful practices.

As an energy healer, I’ve loved bringing these practices into our spaces because I’ve found them to be deeply complementary to the medicine work. Over the years, people have taken notice, asking about the practices, sharing how helpful they’ve been, and wanting to learn more.

What you may not know is that these practices are part of a much larger framework I’ve been developing for the past 10 years: Energy Healing 3.0.

And over those same years, I’ve had the privilege of listening to people share about their medicine journeys. One of the things I’ve noticed again and again is how challenging it can be to bring the insights and shifts from ceremony into everyday life, especially when old patterns begin to show up again.

The ceremony ends, but the work continues.

Integration asks us to work with what has opened, build new practices, and find ways to stay connected to what we’ve learned as we move back into our everyday lives.

That’s where The Integration Path comes in.

The Integration Path is a 4-week, hands-on experience where we’ll explore practical tools from Energy Healing 3.0 that can help you work with your energy and actively participate in your healing process.

We’ll work with practices such as Heart Chakra Attunement and the Crystal Mountain / Cosmic Tree system, along with other tools for developing awareness of and working with your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy.

The intention is simple: to give your healing somewhere to go.

When something comes up, you’ll have practices you can return to.

When you feel out of center, you’ll have tools for grounding and reconnecting.

When old patterns surface, you’ll have ways to become more aware of what’s happening and work with the energy around it.

And when something beautiful opens through ceremony, you’ll have practices that can help you continue working with it long after you leave the retreat space.

The Integration Path is different from a traditional integration circle. Integration circles create space to share, listen, and be witnessed in community. This course is about developing the skills and practices to work with your own energy.

You also don’t have to have worked with plant medicine to participate.
